Have your say on housing for BME in Wales

Dear Friends,

  • Have you had a positive or negative experience of using housing services?
  • Do you think your ethnicity has had an impact on your experience?
  • Would you like to share your views on how the housing service could be improved?

Contact Jack on [email protected] or call Hannah 02920 36 88 88 (ext. 231) to take part or find out more.

Diverse Cymru are working alongside Cardiff University to research the experiences of Black and Ethnic Minority (BME) people within the housing services.

We to know the everyday experiences of the housing services that ethnic minorities experiences; whether that experience is negative or positive.

We hope to find out if the housing services sufficiently cater for the specific cultural needs of BME people, and if treatment of BME people is in any way different to those from other ethnic backgrounds.

It would be fantastic if you could help us to highlight any barriers there may be, find examples of where housing services work well and how services can continue to improve in the future.

If you’d like to find out more about the project or share your views contact Jack Osborne at [email protected] or call 02920 36 88 88 (ext. 231) and ask for Hannah Mason.
