Mind Cardiff have launched a new project to help people access local community groups and services who can address their well-being needs.

Mind’s experienced Community Connectors offer a confidential, non-judgemental space to listen and help people access the support they need.

These Community Connectors are based in GP practices across Cardiff South East, Cardiff City and South and Cardiff East.
